We want everyone to be able to read this website, get a quote and book a detail.
In short
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. If anything on the site gets in your way, call, text or email us and we will help you and fix the problem.
1. Our goal
This website is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. We check it as we add new pages and features, and we treat a barrier on the site as a bug to fix.
2. What we have done
Some of the steps we have taken:
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip to the content
- Text and buttons meet colour contrast guidelines on both the dark and light sections
- Photos have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Headings follow a clear order, and the menus and questions on each page work with screen readers
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the scrolling film on the home page is replaced by its text, and other animation is turned off
- The quote form has labels on every field, and error messages are announced
3. Known limits
The service area map is a visual aid. The same towns are listed in text on the page and in the menus, so you do not need the map to find out where we work.
4. Browsers and devices
The site is built to work in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on phones, tablets and computers, with screen readers such as VoiceOver, TalkBack and NVDA. You can zoom the page to 200 percent, or enlarge the text in your browser settings, without losing content or having to scroll sideways.
5. How we check it
We test new pages with a keyboard alone, at phone and desktop widths, with reduced motion turned on, and with automated accessibility checks. Automated tools do not catch everything, so feedback from people who use assistive technology is especially welcome.

7. Tell us about a barrier
If you find part of this website hard to use, please tell us which page and what happened. We will reply within 2 business days and work with you on a fix or another way to get what you need.
